Is emergency support included?

Emergency or out-of-hours coverage is not implied. Any such arrangement must be explicitly agreed with appropriate delivery coverage.

Can you take over a website built by someone else?

We review the site and its condition first. Remedial work may be needed before routine care starts.

Are software and hosting included?

Third-party charges are separate unless your written proposal explicitly includes them.

Can I book a one-off improvement?

Yes. We can scope a specific repair or improvement separately from ongoing care.
