You or your hosting provider supply and operate the agreed hosting environment. Enea carries out the setup and scheduled application maintenance defined in your proposal.
Backup operation, monitoring, incident response, major upgrades and recovery work must each have an identified owner. Quarterly maintenance is scheduled work; it is not a 24/7 support commitment.
